i find these super cute and fairly flattering.i usually wear an 8.5 US and these were barely past my toes, so they seem to run smallish to me. i would get a 9 or maybe even 9.5 (to give lots of room in the toe box), if i were to keep them.love the off kilter strap (kind of a stretchy elasticy material), which could fit a number of top of foot shapes without cutting or binding. don't even have to undo it to put them on.the bottom has very little traction, so i would tread carefully!unfortunately, i am looking to replace some barefoot dress shoes, and even though these look to be pretty minimalist - they are *very* structured. the material of the entire shoe (other than the strap) is very very firm. the sole is rigid (i actually wonder about walking in them normally because they don't seem to bend much at the toe joints). there is pretty much no give/torsion anywhere on the shoe.they don't suit my needs at all, so they went back. but they are decent looking shoes.
