I was looking for attractive real walking shoes and these have fit that description so far in the beginning stages. I have sensitive feet as many do and the reviews helped a lot. I appreciate that people took the time. I want to return the favor. I am wearing these in the house to make sure and on the second day, they are working in terms of comfort. Here are some things I like about them. They seem sturdy, not for hiking but that is not what they are, but for walking. They are not super large in shape, like many solid walking shoes can be, so look nice with leggings or crop pants. As I said, I am now wearing them in the house but barefoot which is an important test for my needs. They pass. They are a bit stylish, seem like they will be good for travel and I like that they are stain resistant. I would have liked water resistant properties, too, but I can spray them; still, for the cost, that would have been nice. I am pleased with these. The only minus is Dansko in general makes quite stiff shoes. These are, too, but they are comfortable. I have other Danskos that are dressier and these seem more sturdy.
